How long does processing take?

All items are made to order. Processing takes 2–7 business days before shipping.

How long does shipping take?

• United States: 5–8 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Tracking is sent by email once your order ships.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes — contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once an order is in production or shipped, changes may not be possible.

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind.
